About the Role

House of EdTech is revolutionizing professional growth through flexible, impactful education for working professionals. We’re hiring a Technical Trainer to design and deliver top-tier training in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Productivity Tools. Join our Learning & Development team to help professionals upskill and thrive in today’s fast-evolving work environment. This is a full-time, 6-day workweek role with working weekends as part of the standard schedule. We are seeking a highly qualified Technical Trainer with an engineering degree from a top-tier Indian institution (IIT preferred), and industry experience at leading tech companies such as Microsoft, Google, Meta, or Amazon. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of delivering impactful training through EdTech platforms or bootcamps. You will lead the AI Career Accelerator modules, with a focus on helping learners gain practical, job-ready AI skills they can immediately apply in their careers. This role is best suited for self-driven, tech-savvy professionals who are passionate about teaching and empowering others through advanced learning.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a premier institute (IITs preferred) in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Industry experience at Microsoft, Google, Meta, Amazon, or similar top-tier tech firms.
  • Proven experience in technical training, instructional design, or corporate education, with prior experience in EdTech teaching highly preferred.
  • Strong foundational and hands-on knowledge of: Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools & frameworks
  • Strong foundational and hands-on knowledge of: Machine Learning (ML) & Deep Learning
  • Strong foundational and hands-on knowledge of: Generative AI, Agentic AI, and libraries like Hugging Face
  • Strong foundational and hands-on knowledge of: Python programming with AI and SQL using AI
  • Strong foundational and hands-on knowledge of: Power BI using AI, Excel using AI, and PowerPoint using AI
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in real-world contexts.
  • Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written — with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Familiarity with working professionals learning principles and modern e-learning techniques.
  • Experience with MOOCs, LMS platforms, or online bootcamps.
  • Public speaking or teaching experience at conferences or academic institutions.
  • Experience conducting mass webinars, Q&A sessions
  • Scaling educational content and tutorials on YouTube channel
Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver interactive, engaging technical training sessions (live) for working professionals.
  • Create comprehensive training materials including presentations, hands-on labs, documentation, and assessments.
  • Tailor content to varying learner levels — from beginner to advanced.
  • Use modern learning tools and technologies to enhance engagement and delivery.
  • Track learner performance and feedback through quizzes, assignments, and mentoring.
  • Provide ongoing learner support, mentorship, and technical clarification throughout the program.
  • Mentor learners on projects, career transition, and applied AI/ML workflows.
  • Embed real-world projects and deployment-focused exercises into all modules.
  • Stay current on emerging tech trends to ensure content remains relevant and impactful (AI, LLMs, agentic AI, and productivity tech)
  • Collaborate with internal content, engineering, and operations teams for delivery optimization.
  • Create long-format educational videos every week for YouTube on relevant topics such as Agentic AI, Python, software development, or AI tools, to drive awareness and learner engagement.
